Country house located on the outskirts of Alhaurin el Grande with a plot of more than 14,000m2 ideal for horse lovers. The house is on one floor and consists of a large front porch as well as a rear porch towards the pool area which is surrounded by a large terrace and from where you can enjoy magnificent views of Alhaurin el Grande. Upon entering the house we have a living-dining room with wooden beams and access to the terrace, a fitted kitchen, a large bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a full bathroom, as well as a large room that could easily be converted into other bedrooms and a bathroom.Outside there is a large parking area, barbecue as well as 56m2 chicken coops ideal for stables.
