Ideal as a toddler room, babysitter room with children, or newlyweds with young children, etc. The basement floor also has a yoga area and an area with large leather sofas and a Play Station. Kitchen, barbecue and fireplace are all natural gas. TV, all three are Smart TV with 4K technology. The classroom unit is 70 inches and the other two are 50 inches. Air conditioning in all rooms except the basement. All bedrooms enjoy ceiling fans.
