It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00

But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this bright two bedrooms apartment that features a big terrace and a balcony with pool views.This property is distributed with two bedrooms, kitchen and a living room where you have easy access to the terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, fitted wardrobe and its balcony. The second bedroom has also a double bed and another bathroom next to it. The kitchen is fully equipped and have its dishwasher, toasters, kettle and coffee machine.
In the living room you theres a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table that fits 4 persons and access to the terrace. On the terrace you find another dining table and a sun beds.

Nueva Andalucía and Puerto Banus its just a doorstep from this apartment. You can easily walk to restaurants and bars in the area, taxis and busses are just outside the door. A big supermarket (Mercadona) is just 200 meters from the building. The apartment has nice views and the complex has concierge, security cameras, pool and children pools, parking in the garage with an elevator that leads to the entrance door.
