Description
Located in Sun Garden Urbanisation. The house has recently undergone a full, sympathetic reform project, in keeping with local style but with a modern international twist. The house has been divided to create vast living spaces, the bedrooms are designed in modular form allowing for flexibility for sleeping arrangements. The bathrooms were fitted out with high quality local marble and top of the range fittings. Special care was taken in the design of the outdoor areas maximising the houses amazing five terraces allowing guests to enjoy an indoor meets outdoor fusion.There are two large master bedrooms both identical, one on the first floor, one on the second. Bedroom-3 is on the first floor accessed straight from the lounge. tI is equipped with a double bed but it doubles up as study with lovely views of the adjoining field and mountains.
Bedroom-4 combines into our second large living area. On the second floor, this is an 8M long room. You will find a grand French regency chateau bed, a large living area, your own private TV / dressing room and with wall to wall glass with your own huge terrace. The room leads into its own study that then leads onto to your private bathroom.
Also from this bedroom you have access to the roof terrace. View on La Concha Mountain, sea, the north African coast, Gibraltar and the outlying islands. Being end of terrace you have a wonderful point blank view of the adjacent fields and views over the community swimming pools.
