In the basement we find the fourth bedroom which has a 180x200 cm Vispring bed and bunk beds with a guest bed, so that it can comfortably sleep 5 people. Ideal as a toddler room, babysitter room with children, or newlyweds with young children, etc. The basement floor also has a yoga area and an area with large leather sofas and a Play Station. Kitchen, barbecue and fireplace are all natural gas. TV, all three are Smart TV with 4K technology. The classroom unit is 70 inches and the other two are 50 inches.
